NifflerNomad
that "LiveTheDream" fella sounds very bitter about the whole thing
chinapig
Do they not realise he could have got more money at Celtic or Sunderland? They should save their anger for the succession of crooks who have brought them down.
Avalonred
They really are a bitter bunch aren't they! Has anybody told them about the £2-3M bonus' that he refused to help the club? Do they know about all his charity work? Do they not realise just how sheite their club finances are? (& they seem to think they are still an attractive club to sign to?) Economou
It isn't 'them' at all, just one bloke who seems to have an axe to grind. Most comments wish him well, I liked the comment from one who said he's the best keeper he's seen in 44 years of watching footy.
Nibor
Yep, one "special lad" and the rest quite level headed. Having heard James speak in his interview about how hard it was to live 3 hours away from work particularly when injured so he had to be at the club 7 days a week I'm sure it's nothing to do with money. Spike
No-one seems to have mentioned Stability... Pompey are in a financialy bad situation and James is a family man. He already said he made the move to be closer to home but when you consider he has kids having a steady income without having to worry about possible IOU's is obviously an easy choice. He already said he made the move to be closer to home but when you consider he has kids having a steady income without having to worry about possible IOU's is obviously an easy choice. He even said that in his interview on player, the lack of stability at Pompey was a big factor in his going. Also i'm sure he'll be gleaming adice from coppell and Millen et all, and i would be too surprised to see him at the least start his UEFA coaching badges while with us.
