The sale hit a bit of a hitch though and should have gone through already but they're trying to finalise before she heads off. The old bill use to allow you to stand outside the BS3 with a beer and it was always rammed. Added to the atmosphere. Since they stopped it it is just to packed and roasting in there. It used to be really nice out the front when the weather allowed. It's a pity TBH. Health and safety again although we have done it for years and years?
