I would like to know your opinion about those players who didn't leave their mark with a City shirt - because they weren't as good as their team-mates, or they weren't able to gain a space in the team - or gifted players who were too discontinuous could be in the ''team'' too.

It was not so easy to choose an XI, however...:

..........................................Henderson*

..................Hunt......Ribeiro**....Fontaine***.....McGivern

............Sproule.....Kilkenny****....G.Williams....Woolford

.............(Bolasie)........(LJ)

............................John.......Styvar.....Wood

........................(Trundle)

* he was rated but couldn't find a space in the team

** too much injuries

*** the level of his performances decreased in the last 2 seasons (at least, from what I read on OTIB)

**** good as playmaker, not very good in defending

Basso - Whilst did a lot when played lets not forget the season on the bench and his subsequently becoming 2nd and 3rd choice goalkeeper at the clubs he moved to

Ribiero - Naturally

Fontaine - Based upon the last few seasons

Damion Stewart - obviously

Nicky Hunt - obviously

Cisse - lets not forget how bad he was under Millen. If he'd performed that season he may have had more chance of a contract on the wages he thought he'd deserved.

Kilkenny - Could have done more than gob off

Sno - If played properly he could have been a fans' favourite

Pearson - Champions League? You're having a laugh

Agyemang - dross

Styvar - dross

Manager: Coppell

James

Hunt

McManus

Stewart

Riberio

Sproule

Carle

Morris

Woolford

Saborio

John

Could have included Sno (not necessarily because of how he played, but where he was played that made him not as effective as he could of been), Pearson, Bates, James Wilson and surely more that I can't remember - maybe Danny Rose
