simon uk Posted April 2, 2014 Report Share Posted April 2, 2014 I am kinda of the view that it wold be rediculous to sanction improvements to ag, then attempt to build av as well, SL isn't filthy rich from not being considered with his wealth, and the cost of rebuilding one stand would allow us to completely revamp the squad toa decent championship standard. As an aside, I saw today that tottenham are replacing white hart lane, and that over the last 10 years or more, they have been buying up plots of adjacent land to increase the size of their foot print. That is what we should have been doing rather than pissing money away on legal fees, and nicky hunts and damian Stewart's salaries! I have said a few times about the houses behind the atyeo, and the dreams/ wickes land, and this could have let us build the av stadium on the existing site without external forces being able to influence it.
