I believe that Lancs have been guaranteed the Sunday 4pm should they be at home

Don't know that it's guaranteed but it's been formally requested by the club. Liam Gallagher has a gig at OT this Saturday and they want to give the outfield maximum time to recover. Originally there was a rumour that we'd give up home advantage in the QFs if needs be, as it wouldn't have been practical to move it to Liverpool or Blackpool at short notice.

Pretty ******* useless of Lancs that, isn't it? It's not like they are a crap side with no chance of qualifying top 2

Watching Glos play Sussex at the Brightside tonight reminded me of watching Lancs v Birmingham on TV last night.  Glos already qualified for the QFs , but Sussex really needing to win to have a chance of the QFs, be it home or away.   Lancs, already in the QFs, were crushed by Birmingham last night as the Bears had to win, same with Sussex (although not a crushing defeat), they wanted it more..

Indeed. And adds to the increasing grumbling amongst the members that the cricket is secondary to other events on the club's list of priorities.

This may sound harsh but if they are so greedy to arrange a concert at OT during the season , as if all their income as an International venue isn’t enough then if the ground is not available for the scheduled fixture I’d simply say they forgo home advantage

Fixtures are released the November the previous year, surely that would have given them enough movement to not get a clash?

Glos not doing great v Hants but never a good place to judge par and their batting has been shite all tournament. Not sure they’ll improve on our netRR. Essex doing ‘ok’ against Kent.  Going to the wire

Is surrey v glamorgan winner goes through?
