What are the permutations if Mid-Yor draw? What do Som need to do if that is the case?

I'm completely confused, but hoping Somerset bring the title down here from the bloody Yorkies, and can't stand Middlesex either

Som just need to win if the other game is a draw.

We just need to win if they draw. Any other result and we're fupped.

Read gone for a 20-ball duck as I type. LBW to Leach, 149-6.

Cool - so your game is in the bag, just got to hope Middlesex don't bottle it. Or it ***** it down at Lords tomorrow. I really don't think I can put up with another Yorkshire love in on twitter

The problem is twofold here...

Somerset will win, sure but one of two things may well happen:

1) Middlesex are demoralised and could collapse in a heap- after all they cannot win here surely, why bother from that pov?

2) In the (admittedly unlikely) event of Middlesex rallying, they may set something up, and with a win being the only option Yorkshire may chase or may collapse chasing a crazy target.

I reckon the Middlesex players will want second place if they can`t win it. The players prize money difference is incredible between 2nd and 3rd, about double.

I saw that it was around £15k per player for coming second. Any idea what it is for winning?
