What is the cause of these things? Is it outright corruption or is it the silly old fashioned "he hasn't quite done enough to take the champs belts" mentality from the judges?

Bit of both Owl mate, on the plus side if Canello comes over here and Taylor can survive for 12 he wins...

Noise of the home crowd influences when punches are deemed to be landed, too blatant to be corrupt - that was a robbery

Anything that helps set up the bigger (more money making) fights down the road, basically. Catterall wouldn’t have done that

Feels like an element of corruption. Look at Campbell Hatton's last "win" in a fight he clearly lost. But they needed him to win as a home fighter and to keep his career on the right track. Tonight also feels like corruption as 1) there was no rematch clause, and 2) in any case Taylor will move up in weight

Ergo, Catterall is left with nothing.

Ian John Lewis's card there is an absolute madness.

At least we have Okolie to watch tonight and cheer us up eh, as well as the amusing wafts of Campbell Hatton.

Hope this fella stays safe

Was much more composed with his work, shot selection and variety much improved and didn't gas after 3 rounds like before.

Took his time by peppering his opponent and stopped him in the last round.
