I have been referred regarding a new season ticket holder and Kay McGinty has confirmed, but this was a while ago. As of yet, no mention of when I'm going to receive this. Then she checked with her manager and revised it to before the Villa game. I wanted to use mine this week but same old story with City. I won't hold my breath.
