EnderMB Posted July 7, 2017 Report Share Posted July 7, 2017 It's been said numerous times elsewhere, but Jermain Defoe should definitely win the BBC Sports Personality of the Year award for showing true friendship to Bradley Lowery when he didn't need to. It's disgusting that this kind of thing can happen to such a young child, but I think we can all have some degree of happiness in that Defoe has made the time he has left so magical. You've been braver than some grown men and women can be. You've also shown how you don't have to be related to make someone feel bonded to you.
