No clue as to implementing a progressive style of play. No clue as to how to get the best out of our most creative players. No clue as to changing tactics when we need to. No clue as to how to motivate players. No clue with how to deal with our most outspoken players. No clue with substitutions. No clue as to dealing with poor player performances. No clue to as to how to deal with a club of this size. Nice fella who can talk a good game & is obviously quite good at presentations & flying drones but he is way out of his depth at this level. Unfortunately we can't wait any longer for him to learn from the same old mistakes. I so wanted him to succeed as I genuinely think he loves this club but we are going backwards at an alarming rate. I know LJ said previously that he needed a rest but he's a professional ffs. Or is it as others say, a fallout? If so, then it needs sorting yesterday. Magnusson was fit enough to be on the bench, why didn't he start? Then hegeler could have started in midfield. There's always the option of hegs dropping back if mags tires and comes off to be replaced by the guy in my next point. we have a very good player in Oneil, is he injured? why did the whole team go into panick mode later in the game, there seemed to be a lot of confusion.
