Really disappointing performance in the 2nd half: with a longer injury time, I'm sure Derby would have won, like Cardiff and Reading.

We can't hope to avoid relegation with those huge blackouts!

Disappointed, obviously, to lose a big lead. However, a good point that I'd have bitten your arm off for, before the game. 

3 games unbeaten. Small steps in the right direction.

Imo, if the gaffer wanted to change things, TA should have come off, not MT. MT has a real hunger in his game. He will have been aching to put right the chance he missed and I fully believe he would have gone on to score again.

Phew a draw  more than I expected at 3 o'clock can savage do our team talk every week. Think this is the most goals derby have conceded at home this season so some positives. Is this our turn in the right direction

Its  not the draw that is depressing. You are right.It is a good point against an in form team but if you throw away a 3-0 lead when you are running them ragged and they have already made 2 substitutions in the first half, that would suggest something is very wrong. It was quoted on here that Derby looked tired following their cup match, then it was quoted that the manager had made to many changes, but I have to say that the wally with the brolly has got a better idea than the wally leading this team.

I'd have taken a point beforehand, 3 games unbeaten. Clearly we need to stop going into our shells when we're winning by a "comfortable"margin though. Taylor sounded very good which is promising. 

 

3-0 up and to not win against anybody is a disaster though.

Bad result. Does nothing for confidence. Will be interesting to see if the penalty was legitimate. Could have been worse, a point is a point. Johnson probably won't go, we still need to solve our confidence issue and game management.

I think our capitulation in games has to lie at the feet of the manager.  Players have poor games and make mistakes, of course they do!   

The question is why, and it's been more than one game.  

If you can't see that something is wrong at a level above the players on the field then I can't really debate with you.
