If we can't beat burton at home ,even in the current mess Johnson has got us in ,we don't deserve to be in this league

Purely papering over the cracks - with Wigan and Blackburn on the horizon things could turn very bad (or hopefully very good) very quickly

This spiral of a season is shocking. Tomorrow reminds me of last time in championship when I think we had to beat Barnsley to stay.

My old man's favourite response when I asked him the whereabouts of someone or something.  I'm afraid Lee Johnson's managerial career and our immediate championship future will have "gone for a Burton" come 5pm tomorrow.

Shouldn't this be renamed 'The Friday Johnson Out' thread?

Stop pissing about and call it what it is.

FFS.

What, FFS, will SL say if we do lose against Burton?

don't know what  SL might say but LJ is only too predictable:-

Tight margins in this league

We were the better side until we conceded the first goal

Thought we should have had a penalty at 0-2 and that would have changed the game

After the second goal we lost our discipline

I thought we did well to take our chance for our goal in the 93rd minute

Thought our fans this afternoon were ........

We go again next week

I am confident we can turn this around. We are only .... points from safety

....... the fans are hurting, and so am I

....... the next game is a big one

....... I can understand the fans frustration :disapointed2se:

....... we need to see games out

....... we lost to a wonder strike

........ they wanted it more than us

Or:-

........ we 'ran around' better, but not in the right direction

........ out preparation was all wrong, and we studied the wrong opposition

........ this team has got what it takes to take league 1 by storm next year

........ SL will not sack me while I am still in possession of this video - and I have made a copy

......... look - I'd love to resign, but give me until the end of the season to have a chance of working in football ever again,

etc, etc

2012 when we secured safety on the final day under Del? Difference is we'd strung together a great run when it mattered. It'd be a brave man who would bank on a repeat this season.

To be fair, we have a stronger all round squad than Burton, on paper.

Sadly we're playing them on grass!

Yep but we've got a crap manager who has clueless how to organise and motivate the players.

Not banking on anything. I believe we don't deserve to stay up. We all love the Micky mouse cup
