They still think weal the best thing to happen to them

he knew that rovers was going to pull out from UWE

why have he not come out of hiding and sent hammer into the fireline

also wait for the big news which will come out about companies having to take them to court for non payments etc fence for training ground and other stuff

he came into this with no money and will be leaving with what he can get

how lucky we have Steve

Forest Gas Rovers. No need to even change the FGR badge.

I think a merger which will lead to a change of name to plain Forest Green.

They can drop the last bit, no point being hampered or burdened by years of mediocrity and ridicule

As City fans, we've been treated to some excellent laughs over the last couple of days.

The non-stadium debacle is very amusing indeed, but take time to spare a thought for those less fortunate than ourselves.

With relations between R****s and UWE breaking down, prospective new students may never again get the chance to laugh so heartily at the g*s as they did at last year's freshers' fair...

So what exciting new cock ups have they made today? It has been over 24 hours since the announcement that the Pipe Dream Arena was a no go, surely they have some new comedy for us. I also notice @bluebutterfly has mysteriously gone quiet. :whistle2:

Butterflies don't live long, but I'm sure another little gas maggot will be along shortly.

The latest blinder on Gaschat is they rejected UWE as it was too far out of town and instead they are going for a stadium at Cribbs Causeway.

UWE to Centre 6 Miles

Cribbs to Centre 10 Miles

UWE to Mem 3 Miles

Cribbs to Mem 5 Miles

A bit like us rejecting Ashton Vale and building in Nailsea instead.

They really truly are a bunch of thick *****.

Remember how they referred to the Ashton Vale proposal as "Lansdown's Folly"? In future will UWE be referred to by we City fans as "the Pipe Dream Arena"?
