I have to ask @JulieH is this you in the pictures ?

If so fair play, I must buy you a drink next time you are off duty

Yes it is me, seriously need to get better fitting trousers.

i don’t have quite as fond memories of the day as the rest of you but it was certainly memorable and a very long shift .

Class dialogue from Mancgas to Balthazar, good points well made, reasoned argument, rational etc.....

At least on here, opposition fans are welcomed and encouraged to take part in debate - until they make a tit of themselves or upset the OTIB masses to the point where we tell them to eff off!

I am sure the good British citizens of Guernsey love being described as "foreign". MancGas must be one of those people who think they collaborated with the Germans rather than being invaded and subjected to Nazi rule for four years. :nono:

Obviously the fact the sags are owned by a Jordanian based family with the parent company registered in jersey has completely passed poor old mancgas by!!

Great tweet from Balthazar.

Yes, they’ve completely reinvented themselves since the glorious Third Of May - no more embarrassments for them since...

Reinvented indeed.....Mind The Cash, 6th richest club, Prem in a matter of months was it? Reinvented in their own minds because the reality is too much to take on board.

No no you have that wrong, it's a different Jersey, their "Jersey" is just off of Horfield common.

Tbh it's an easy mistake to make considering the majority their fan base get them selves lost on their way to away matches, clearly geography isn't high on your average gasheads academic aspirations.

To be fair, the Channel Islands aren’t part of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland...... https://www.justice.gov.uk/downloads/about/moj/our-responsibilities/Background_Briefing_on_the_Crown_Dependencies2.pdf

Guess who is spending £1m on a new stand in time for the start of next season in League one?

Yes its Accrington Stanley!

Sags won’t be jealous at all, they are getting ANOTHER tent after all, reading some of their comments some of them appear to like it now they are staying there, funny that ain’t it, and UWE was bland  yet a couple of years ago it was far better than ‘tarted up trashton gate’ and suddenly it was in the best interests of the club to turn UWE down, of course it was, all because that ever so lovely owner of theirs said so, it was all bull and they lapped it up as always, worst set of fans on this planet, they deserve Chernobyl.

Basically they are when it suits them and are independent when it doesn't  :)

Bristol Sport - Company registered in Bristol, Owner lives in the Channel Islands. Has invested large amounts of money in sport in the Bristol area and is still a major employer in the West Country (on which tax is paid) . Booooo tax dodging sheed. Bad bad bad.

Dwayne Sport - Company registered in the Channel Islands, Owner lives in Bristol. Has invested next to nothing and shows no sign of making an impact on the local economy Hooray, he's such nice man, Sag legend, we love him, good good good.

********.

Corrected that for you.  :)

Does he????

I genuinely don't know but would be amazed if they've moved from London. Why make the commute to watch the team you support in West london longer than it has to be???

Cheap gag aside, do you know he's moved the family to Bristol or are you guessing? My guess would be they live as far away from the Blue Few that they possibly can

Pray for the teds imo. They just don't understand that being relegated out of the entire league was the best thing that ever happened to us!

What a ******* idiotic statement.

Yeah, it's up there amongst 'my favourite things that have ever happened' as well.

Sorry Sagheads, you can say you're happy you were relegated to Non League as much as you want but it won't stop us laughing at you and it won't stop us reminding you how humiliating it was....especially after the shit they were all coming out with after beating Wycombe the week before :laughcont:

Nor is maths. They seem to think that the simple pattern of addition goes 498,499, 500, 2,001, 2,002...

when counting their away support.

A bit like saying the best thing about a delicious steak is when, having been digested, it drops out of your body as a turd.
