Had to go 4-5-2 I'm afraid!!

That well known 4-5-2 formation containing 12 players, that's where we've been going wrong all this time, we've been playing a player short.   :clapping:

Probably seen better players in some of the positions but that'll do for me. Lacking pace in central midfield unfortunately And maybe a little bite. I was a bit to young to really take the 70's team to heart unlike these guys. Matt Hill being my favourite... always played the game as it should be played, bouncy happy with a big smile on his face.

Bench: God Taylor, Basso, Carey, Alan Walsh, Tom Ritchie, Flint, Cotterill

Manager: let's be honest, there's no outstanding candidate!  Joe Jordan, perhaps

The make up of the teams reflects the age of posters, memory of older posters or the fact we always put in recent players.

What about

Cashley

Sweeney

Merrick

Tainton

Fear

Garland

Mabutt

and surely Gerry Gow would be in the best 11 of any era

All hold found memories for me

Already sorted for you Chipley!
