Fiale
So I have been catching the bus to work this week, nothing has really changed apart from apparently it is now acceptable to play your music from your mobile phone at whatever volume you want without headphones. When did this become a thing? Sadly the type of person who doesn't care about blasting out their music is not really going to respond well when asked to turn the ****** thing off. Maybe it's just me, getting old and cranky
BRISTOL86
Standard sign of the 'me me me' culture that seems to have infested the country in recent years. It now seems to be widely deemed perfectly acceptable to whatever you want with no regard to anyone else.

Robbored
I'm not being "ageist" but I'll guess the perpetrator is relatively young? You could diplomatically tell them not everyone shares their musical taste and to turn it down or buy some earphones......

Robbo you'd then receive a torrent of foul mouthed abuse that could possibly get physical. Used to see it all the time when catching the bus. Usually chavvy kids listening to drum and bass stuff. Pull them up on it and good chance you'll get knifed these days.
Red Bill
Its not just individuals on buses. Peace and quiet are not allowed anymore. Buses, shops, lifts, restaurants, car parks - it drives me mad. Even my dentist has music playing - she says it helps people relax. Not me says I - quite the opposite. DKM Len
This started to happen around the same time that people began to use 'So' to open a sentence.☺

TRL
Get up. Sing random words to their tune and then some proper dad dancing right in front of them. Any luck they will die of embarrassment and get of at the next stop. If not that you'll be carted off to the funny farm
