They did investigate and drew the conclusion that punching the horse in the way he did was out of character and tha horse was not vindictively attacked. And Its Smith Posted September 6, 2017 Report Share Posted September 6, 2017 The horse would have felt zero pain but that isn't the point. A four day ban is no real punishment.
