Any entertainment on a Saturday at 19.45 that draws huge crowds in Britain would have to replicate this to stand any chance of success, so football stands no chance especially since the players are far better protected these days and there are no Norman Hunters, Tommy Smiths or Ron 'Chopper' Harrises or even Ron 'Chopper' Heresys.

Used to have a ST at Malaga. Ground ( La Roselada) was uncovered but we had a thing called sunshine there as well and k.o was normally around 7.30pm or later if playing Seville. Got used to it but still prefer the good old fashioned 3.00pm kickoff in this country but we all have to fall and bow at the feet of Mr Murdoch

When I was in the RAF, I had a RC mate who worked at RAF Boulmer monitoring unfriendly aircraft coming from Russia, like the Waaf's in WW2 he had a long stick moving the aircraft around in the ops room so I suppose he was a modern day Catholic Plotter
