I am off tomorrow though, is there any way to collect tickets from the ground on a Friday if I buy online tonight? Asking in case anyone already has experience of this. SDBS36 Posted September 14, 2017 Report Share Posted September 14, 2017 Made the mistake for the Derby match, wanted a ticket to bring a friend, drove to the store, to be told at to be done by supporter services, so went out side of the store and phoned supporter services who then wanted an supporters ID for my friend who never come before so wouldn't sell me one till he was set up on the system with date of birth, email address ect, what a way to encourage new support Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I wouldn't be surprised to hear in the near future that's the only option, that and the e ticket on your phone. None of the ticket collecting at the Gate, except for pay on the day. Took Elliott to see an eye specialist in Cardiff today, so thought I would take his season ticket with us & pop into the gate on the way home to have a look around the shop. Only to have a phone call when just outside the gate to say that Elliotts season ticket had fallen out of my pocket & was still in Cardiffs Eye clinic being looked after by a Cardiff fan! Who is going to post it to us. So went into the shop to see if we could arrange a ticket for Saturday just in case it doesn't arrive back in time, only to be given a number to call. lgbbcf Posted September 15, 2017 Report Share Posted September 15, 2017 if you order on line or via supporter services, tickets are available for collection in the shop. you can not buy tickets in the shop. on Match days they get taken to the ticket office for collection there from about 11 am.
