I'm therefore guessing that the normal removal of cones which was unenforceable will now result in fines/car removal. Looks like BCC want their piece of the Man Utd cash pie. I would wager there will be more anti social parking as a result of these previously unannounced than if there was an early announement saying 'new parking restrictions in place' with a little map showing where was now on their hit list.
