The Bristol City v Wolverhampton Wanderers Match Day Thread 25

Recommended Posts

Forwards need to take chances/risks. Early runs and one touch flicks. It's the only way I see us breaking them down. Swinging it in I don't think is going to work now. Need 2 or 3 players in close with Reid playing off a first time touch.

It's gonna leave us open to the break. All depends if we are happy with a draw and play more cautious or if we want the win and leave out selves open to a quick counter.

Meanwhile on Tenerife, a group of Mancs and Southampton fans, all from the south, hold sway. Me and a Wolves Fan are attempting all sorts of bribery to get the tv flicked over. The Hotel Manager is a Manc from Santander!!!! Are there any from Manchester?

Same here. I am in a bozzer near southampton. Beged the landlord to put City on the small tele in the corner. Good guy did. No sound on a 19inch better than nought.

I think we need Bryan further forward. Either left side of a 442, or just more advanced centrally. He's one player that can win headers on crosses. We lacked someone getting on the end of balls tonight, as we were against boro and then Bryan made a run to far post to head home.

I honestly think we still need him at the back. For his pace mainly. Wolves are still dangerous.

They are very organised and look comfortable defending as 10. Important to stay patient and they will surely tire towards the end. Go for it in the last 15 if we need to.

Really not gonna be easy to break them down so no need to over-react if this ends 0-0.

Might help to get a proper winger on the pitch.
