It certainly is cheap around here, can rent a terraced for £450 a month just a few miles up the road from here and regarding the Staffordshire Moorlands, the road leading up to Buxton is an awesome motorbike journey in the summer and the Cat and Fiddle road, despite being pretty dangerous. I'm moving to Bristol though in the summer so regarding house prices, that'll probably come as a shock to me.
