Luke has been an incredible addition for us and shows how great our recruitment/scouting team is, my main concern now is come the summer a team is going to come in for him with the offer of being the #1. As a side note for Frankie was interesting to see he watched the game from the top of the Upper Lansdown with the analysts and other coaches rather than wherever the rest of the squad not involved watched from.

I don't think he's the first. Pretty sure a number of others have also done it this year

How far away is Lucic from a return. A worry that we have a youngster in reserve for a vital position.

No difference to whether it is Woolacott or Lucic on that score. It would be unrealistic to have more than two senior goalkeepers and all it would do is block progress of young players.  Steele can cover for three weeks. If he gets injured he gets injured and that is a risk but it is a risk for pretty much every club.

Lucic is far more experienced and has first team starts for us.

Which will always be the case if we don't give young goalkeepers chances. Having a young keeper on the bench when our first and third choice keepers are injured is so low on our list of priorities that it is not even worth mentioning.

Imagine if we'd been afraid to involve Joe Bryan or Bobby Reid in the first team squad, even on the bench, because they had never started games. We'd have ended two of our brightest talent's chances with us before they had even begun...
