Thanks, going again this year, Wednesday and Friday thanks to work! Looking forward to it, I keep stumbling on different tips though which doesn’t help. The sky bet £20 risk free bet should hopefully see me win big. Stake £20 on the Tuesday first race and worse case scenario I get it back in my bank come 15:00 on Friday afternoon

My thoughts exactly, what could go wrong with huge horses running at 35mph down Bemmy high street?

Cant see it happening

I trust a few people on twitter for guidance but then trust my own form study. Can be a minefield otherwise.

Cant make it this year as am working up north but we are all taking half a day on the Wednesday for a Manchester pub crawl. One race per pub.

Have fun !

Bets placed night before!

Did I imagine it or did I see somewhere only had 17 entries over 6 races this week?

Something to do with a protest over prize money?

Tiny prize money in a lot of class 6/7 races so lots of boycotting. Prize money sometimes not covering overheads.

One race had one runner recently! Even I predicted winner of that.

Cannot wait for Cheltenham !

Elixir de Nutz is lame and will not run. That was going to be my selection too. I am moving on to either Al Dancer or Fekir 'Oudairies, although Grand Sancy was not far behind Elixir at Sandown and is a big price.

Gone Vision DHonneur instead. Fekir got a good chance. Not taken by Al Dancer form but god knows! Minefield

The problem with Vision d'Honneur is that Klassical Dream has beaten it twice, although on a firmer surface than anticipated tomorrow. The going change and possible high wind is a nightmare for punting. Good luck.

Hoping for the forecasted rain for most of mine! Good luck to you too

If you liked Elizir De Nuis, Itchy Feet was only 1.5 lengths behind it last time and was giving Elizir 5 pounds. 33/1 looks big

Tough day tomorrow on day one of Grand National Festival.  Fancy my chances of picking the National winner rather than most of these! Longer odds, smaller stakes.

14:20 Christopher Wood @ 10/1
14:50 Bristol De Mai @ 3/1
15:25 Verdana Blue @ 12/1
16:05 Wonderful Charm @ 14/1
16:40 Lady Buttons @ 7/1

Selections for tomorrow including the big one.  If anyone is looking at long odds with decent chances then Go Conquer, Minella Rocco, Ballyoptic, Up For Review and Regal Encore might do something. Long odds as quite temperamental generally but you never know on the day

14:25 One For Rosie @ 5/1
15:00 Destrier @ 9/1
15:40 William Henry @ 12/1

Yes. Don’t bet on whatever I choose: I think the last winner I backed was Little Polveir in 1989! Although to be fair in recent years I’ve only bet if I’m actually going to watch the race, so I haven’t backed a loser every year. I know nothing about horse racing and apart from the National only bet on the couple of occasions a year I go to a race meeting.

FWIW my money’s going on Ramses de Teillee, the logic being that it’s a grey, so it will be easy to pick out for as long as it stays on its feet!

I'm just off there now, we always run a coach up from the Essex.

I think Frankie's ride Circus Maximus is under rated and worth a shot at around 11/1.

Enjoy...............my choices fwiw   are Madhmoon  (10's)   and Telecaster   (5's). I'm wearing a Fender T-shirt as it goes !:fingerscrossed:
