Season tickets direct debits.

I have no idea what this is all about?  Any ideas?

 

do you have a direct debit set up from Bristol sport (or whoever is taking the money). To me that reads they attempted to take the money without setting the direct debit up.

Would assume you are not the only person affected if it came down to an IT glitch - in which case I can't imagine the club would want to be bombarded by calls?

Ive just tried to find out from Supporter Services and will update in due course as soon as I hear.

Like I said originally maybe I am getting it all wrong (and getting too sensitive in my 50's)
