Now I am as partial to a nice Scampi & Chips (£10.95) as much as the next man or 'woman'. Yes, you have to be in the mood, but it s a proper tasty treat when you are, and a good way of excusing the consumption of peas. Can we go further, though? THIS is THE burning question. We urgently need to drill down into this, for example:- - home Scampi preparation - is it feasible? - alternative to the breaded Scampi / chips / peas - how can this be achieved.
