A close friend of mine has been working hard trying to kick-start a new career in sports media and has been writing a few City related articles on his website. I thought I would pop the link on here and ask your opinions? Personally for somebody who has started this from scratch with no previous writing experience, I think he's doing a great job so far! Eddie Hitler Posted July 21, 2018 Report Share Posted July 21, 2018 It's a good read but if you want constructive criticism the English style is rather stop start; paragraphs don't naturally flow into the next one and there is overmuch use of commas when they should either not be there at all or should be replaced by a semicolon. It's a good start but I would suggest his reading aloud what he has written, prior to publishing, in order to see if it flows as a piece with sections naturally following one after the last as in an after dinner speech. Really great that Mo E has been signed now (?) especially with Fam’s ban - and what a crock of s*£t that seems to have been.. Taylor Moore and Jens - unlikely heroes of the new season?
