Why start your last friendly with a different team you intend on starting the season, injuries permitting of course. Nobody played badly and none of the subs did anything exceptional which may make LJ start them. Other than perhaps Eisa in for Taylor but I wouldn't start him yet. He needs blooding a bit. Who would you start at LB, as Kelly hasn’t got up to 100% in pre-season with niggly injuries? Print or Pisano....or Bailey Wright, or even Baker at LB? Joe will start unless he is sold / under a bid. His cross for Weimann last Friday was brilliant! I think it will be the team same team from Friday when Smith replaced Taylor and pushed Patto behind Weimann, unless COD is fit enough and then either Elliasson or Smith will make way for him. bengalcub Posted August 2, 2018 Report Share Posted August 2, 2018 Will be Weimann to start then Eisa for last 15 mins , should be other way round , Eisa is raw and hungry , throw him straight in , Weimann is an experienced pro but will never score enough to warrant a starting birth most weeks ... lj needs to show some faith in his signing and play Eisa otherwise he will quickly become another Taylor unused and untested at this level...
