Sad in a way. It means there`s only three sides from Devon & Cornwall still left in - Torquay, Tiverton and Truro and they need a replay.

It says a lot about the state of non-league football down here really.

I don't think there's any Dorset teams left in it now.

Manor farm will be away to either Slough Town or Sholing in the next round.

Sholing play in the wessex premier division, which is a tier below manor farm. Whilst Slough Town are in the conference south

Depending on travel costs I'm going to try and get to the Farm game.

Slough will be a tough one if it's them, currently 7th in the Conference South.

Sholing has to be seen as winnable, although they have a perfect league record so far (4 games played).

Here's the full draw; http://www.thefa.com/news/2018/sep/24/fa-cup-draw-third-round-qualifying-240918

How the mighty are fallen; nine former League (or their phoenix) clubs in that draw. I've put them in italics. Localish teams are in bold. The travelling is increasing though, not so many local derbies. If Needham (Suffolk) win their replay the travel to Tiverton (Devon). Torquay (also Devon) could go to Brightlingse (Essex)

Workington v Kidsgrove Athletic
Stockport County v Corby Town
Mickleover Sports v Sutton Coldfield Town or Alfreton Town
Kettering Town v Hednesford Town
Nuneaton Borough or Brackley Town v Marine
Peterborough Sports v Chorley
Altrincham v Bradford (Park Avenue)
Dunston UTS v Chester
Stourbridge v Kidderminster Harriers
FC United of Manchester v Witton Albion
Cleethorpes Town or Bamber Bridge v Guiseley
St Neots Town v Buxton or Coalville Town
King’s Lynn Town v Ashton United
Curzon Ashton v Southport
Gainsborough Trinity v Nantwich Town or Blyth Spartans
York City v St Ives Town or Grantham Town
Consett or Warrington Town v AFC Telford United
Tiverton Town v Metropolitan Police or Needham Market
Haringey Borough v Bognor Regis Town or AFC Sudbury
Gloucester City v Dorking Wanderers
Leatherhead v Hanwell Town
Eastbourne Borough v Dulwich Hamlet
Woking v Kempston Rovers
Taunton Town v St Albans City or Corinthian Casuals
Billericay Town v Whitehawk
Hereford or Truro City v Welling United
Hitchin Town or Didcot Town v Hastings United
Concord Rangers v Beaconsfield Town
Hemel Hempstead Town v Ramsgate
Moneyfields v Worthing
Bath City v Kings Langley or Lewes
Slough Town or Sholing v Bristol Manor Farm
Hungerford Town or Wantage Town v Wealdstone
Hampton & Richmond Borough v AFC Hornchurch
Chippenham Town or Swindon Supermarine v Hendon or Phoenix Sports
Egham Town or Brightlingsea Regent v Torquay United
Weston Super Mare or Salisbury v Coggeshall Town
Horsham v Poole Town
Oxford City v Dartford
Winchester City v Cirencester Town

Where is Sholing?    *edit

Just found it, Southampton

Farm often do a coach for £10 or £15 ish.

Few years ago they had a run in the FA Vase, got drawn away to Moneyfields (Portsmouth).

Left my uni at 6am so I could get into Bristol in time to get the coach down with them, and as my train arrived at Temple Meads I got a text saying the game was postponed!

Ended up going to West Brom to see Citys cup game there instead, so the day wasnt wasted. Just bloody expensive!

Hoping I can get a lift there from a friend who's a regular. If not I'll probably take the coach.

With no city or rugby games it's one I'm not going to miss!

They beat Boston yesterday in a game that held minor interest personally.

My Mum grew up in Peterborough, and my maternal Grandparents lived in Boston.

P'boro Sports did well though, same level as Manor Farm I think, while Boston are National League North.

I’m confused re Tauntons opponents, Corinthian Casuals got knocked out in the previous round, all I can think of is that their opponents that day played an illegable player?

You missed a couple of former league clubs - Torquay & Hereford.

What is interesting is that, Torquay aside, there`s no-one further south than Kettering/Hereford/Kidderminster

It's an odd one

Whyteleafe played an ineligible player against Saltdeane, won the game and then face Corinthian Casuals, won again but without breaking any rules.

Cor. Casuals reinstated but Saltdeane get nothing. Surely it should be Saltdeane reinstated, or a playoff between Saltdeane and Cor. Casuals.

It also says "subject to appeal"

So if Whyteleafe win their appeal I guess they are back in the FA Cup.

Gainsborough Trinity is a bit tenuous as a former League club? - they haven't been a League team for over 100 years!

Gainsborough Trinity share a record with Chelsea & Man C; none of them have won at Ashton Gate in (at least) their last seven League games there.

Still feel Saltdean can feel hard done by here.

They were the club the ineligible player played against, but it is Whyteleafes opponents from the next round who were reinstated.
