Curr Avon
We've beaten an ex Premiership team on their own patch, who matched high flying Leeds in midweek, with an outstanding, authoritative display, with a clean sheet to boot. The Kalas signing looks genius, Weimann is imperious and Lee Johnson has stunned us all again. Wow. Just. Wow.
Marina's Rolls Royce
I don't think it will come as much of a surprise to most on this forum......
Red Exile
Authoritative. Disciplined. Complete opposite to first half Tuesday night. Came as a delightful surprise to me! Produce performances like that consistently and this will be a season to enjoy.
JamesBCFC
Sadly not many away wins to choose from. Great result though.

And we've got Fammy's return next Sunday, plus a rumoured incoming Premiership midfielder. Brilliant.

Redstart
In contrast take a look at Ipswich today - fan power forced out an established Mick Mills, sold a few players for a fair few quid and are now bottom of the table.
cityexile
For me the 4-1 v Fulham was silky all the way through, but this is up there. Different kind of game, but a great three points.

"Horses" for courses. And sorry to be pedantic, but it was mister charisma, Mick MCCARTHY.
Chairman Mao
Slightly over the top, Fulham the previous two seasons was better. Still, very impressive display.

JoeAman08
The most impressive thing is that we seem to have tamed our game away from home. That is what was impressive. As far as an opponent Swansea weren’t great and did not possess great quality. Remind me of Norwich when they last come back down.
Lanterne Rouge
Brighton for me, just because of what it meant for us and it really pissed on their (and Sky`s) fireworks into the bargain.

As a retired Tractor Boy, I appreciate your reference to my childhood hero - even if it was a typo! I sincerely wish they do not remain bottom of the table..... I always liked Mick Mills as an England player, if I'm honest I do like Mick McCarthy too - I do fear for Ipswich this year but it's very early doors yet. Wanderingred
Best thing about today is that it wasn't a backs to the wall defensive sh1thouse of a win.. we were totally in control for almost the whole match. I can't remember the last time we could say that about an away performance.. Ipswich away last year at a push?
