cityexile
Think Pack is worth a thread on his own. Seems to have grown with the Captains armband. Rarely the star player, but seems to have become Mr Consistent, and very often the link between defence and attack which he has taken on his shoulders very well. Keeps it simple when he needs to, and us capable of a super ball now and again, but has learnt not to try it to much. Has grown every season for me, and a critical part of our recent two wins. I think he has gradually become one of the best midfielders in the Championship. He's just not a 'name ' player at a big club so nobody seems to notice. Bristol Oil Services
Yes, I aim to make the most of Marlon's last 41 games here before he is sold to Stoke City next summer, confident in the knowledge that our excellent recruitment team are already busy lining up his more than adequate replacement. Globe Trotter
Reminds me of Jordan Henderson in some ways - always looking for the ball, does a lot of the ‘ugly’ stuff, fantastic passer of the ball and clearly an influential if sometimes underrated member of the team

Ben4BCFC
Sent my mates a match report post-game yesterday and all I needed to say about him was "Pack was Pack." An absolute class act that has all but eliminated his sloppy mistakes over the past couple of years. Biggest signing we made this off-season. oldstandrobin
Have always rated Pack and great to see him becoming more consistent. Good club stalwart.
Real Mad Red
Another virtue is that ever since his Cheltenham days in 2010/11 he has regularly racked up 40+ appearances, that is some availability given his role.

Well, several years ago it would've been John Wayne Allison, assuming he didn't want to be Big Chief Sitting Bull (the chief).
