Kid in the Riot
Absolutely shocking from Bath, 16 pts up at HT and they finished the game with 11 men!
Robin Wood
Problem for Bristol is you can't rely on other teams to do it for you

Mr Popodopolous
Bristol should be fine this year- think that was a must win for Newcastle at home and they lost without a bonus point. 7 points above a fairly big gap.
JBFC II
Bristol side for the trip to Russia to face Einsei I'd never heard of einsei until this challenge cup campaign and looking at their record (1 point picked up so far in an 80 point thrashing at home to la rochelle....) you'd back bristol to win comfortably, however its good to see we haven't gone for a complete reserve side and a few 'fringe' first team players have been given a shot. Also good to see a full EPQ side

elhombrecito
Almost guaranteed to qualify now (barring an unthinkable home loss), and could even win the group. Great stuff

JBFC II
Big signing that. If he can stay fit he's one of the best 8's in world rugby
MichaelRobartes
Whilst he's obviously a good player, I think that Hughes is a bit overrated. He'd be a huge upgrade on the likes of Crane anyway, providing he gets an injury-free run.

A back row of Thomas, Luatua and Hughes is as good as any in the Premiership. What we now need is a quality 9...

I don't follow the Premiership very closely so no idea about how much he's played. Quite the back row by Premiership standards I agree! Pat has already said we won't be bringing a new 9 in as both Randall and Uren need the game time to develop. I'd personally let Crane go as well as Lam, Haining has the potential to be a good Premiership player and if you add the likes of James Dun and Sam Graham into the mix, as well as Luatua, we have enough options there with Hughes

There have inevitably been a couple of disappointing signings. Stirzaker defintiely one of them, the Lay brothers another

Northern Red
Away to La Rochelle again in the QF. In a quirk of the seedings, 3 of the 4 ties are between teams who faced each other in the group stage: Clermont v Northampton, La Rochelle v Bristol, Sale v Connacht, the odd one out is Worcester v Quins. BCFC Grim
I did go down, was pretty dull, then dance cam came on and that was it for me. Back off to the pub. Dance cam? What a ******* embarrassment. If that ever came in at football and I think that would be the end for me.
