I really fear we're going to regret that Draw. At the time it seemed like a terrible throw away of points. Someone on twitter said that if Saracens' original 35 point deduction still applied, Saracens would be 1 point ahead of Leicester going into the last round of games. Shows how far Leicester have fallen. Also, great news about sale's possible forfeit of the last game. Means the mighty Bath and evil Bristol are guaranteed a play off place if so. Close, Saracens would be on 30 points, TWO ahead of Leicester Reading around the 'net the story going around about Sale is that they have 16 players isolating following Coronavirus testing. It was interesting the PRL announced earlier that they had agreed to delay the naming of Sundays squads until noon on Saturday - saying this was due to midweek games. It appears a 72 page guide was issued to all sides at the restart of the season, one of the rulings states: ‘Premiership Rugby insists postponements will only be triggered by a club announcing they cannot field a competitive team if, for example, all their props are in quarantine. In that event a panel will collectively rubber-stamp the decision to award victory to the opposing team, with no space available in the tightly- packed schedule for rescheduled fixtures.’ This would mean that Worcester would also be awarded the game 20-0, and get 5 points

Also, rugby World Cup final 1995. All of a sudden the dominant new Zealand team are not as good and there's footage of players vomiting on the sidelines. Something happened there too. It was Harlequins' recent defeat against Wasps when they had Elia sent off that has potentially buggered us.

The Batman
Let's be honest, if sale were not pushing for a top 4 place, this game would have been forfeited already due to safety.
The Batman
Rumours that sale game postponed till Wednesday. Unconfirmed as of yet.

Can't have final games of the season played on different days. I recall the man utd v Bournemouth game but that was only because of a security error when the game was about to start. cidercity1987
Bang out of order. I thought the rules were clear, if you can't play you forfeit. Instead they get the benefit of knowing what they have to do?
BanburyRed
Gloucs vs Saints has been cancelled due to Covid and Gloucs awarded the win and full 5pts. Why is the Sale game any different? 15 players and 3 staff infected, sounds like a night out....

Northern Red
The statement from Sale suggests that they were happy to play tomorrow but Worcester weren't.

Castres olypique had to forfeit their European match. Leicester were given the win (probably the only way Leicester could win) . Midred
If Sale players are still testing positive on Tuesday/Wednesday then presumably they will have to forfeit the game. It's a pity that Northampton had to forfeit their game because they weren't at fault.
