MichaelRobartes
Trivial after yesterday, but Bristol have brought in another fly half:http://www.bristolrugby.co.uk/news/shane-geraghty-agrees-bristol-rugby-switch/
NYTRAM
As I've received a letter from the club inviting me to obtain a free ticket for the Sale game. Thought I'd go for it but online doesn't give you the option to get it for free. Anyone had success with this? OK I've sussed it, there is an option when changing ticket type to adult full or child full etc of bcfc comp this is the correct option to chose. PHILINFRANCE
Half-Time. Bath 12 - Bristol 3. Scrappy, quite boring game, but Bath deservedly leading.
MichaelRobartes
Bristol are playing okay. Some good line breaks in the first half but far too many flaky offloads. 12-6 now. Baff should pull away looking at the two lineups but who knows.

Bristol will probably be happier with the performance (I haven't seen any of their previous games but they haven't conceded a try yet!) but Baff have been absolute muck. Barrs Court Red
Well that was slightly better, but still showing some players are miles from being good enough. Tovey has been a liability this season and caps that with a stupid yellow tonight. I thought the new guy, Geraghty looked promising.

Indeed, but I'll take that in a cup game over a league game everyday. I think there's some positives to take from tonight, but key players being injured really isn't helping. The fact that they look lost without Henson is a worry, as although he is a really quality player, he's made of glass. Beat Sale on Sunday week and things will look much better. I support Bath, but hope Bristol hang on this season - it will be a lot easier for them to attract top class players for next season if/when they are guaranteed to be in the Premiership, rather than hoping to be, as has been the case for the past few seasons. Northern Red
Think Geraghty might prove to be a decent signing. Experienced Premiership fly half who can kick, so an improvement on anything we currently have.
Barrs Court Red
Huge game today V Sale. Maybe a little early for last chance saloon, but a win is very much needed.

Robbored
I left early. It was fcking dreadful. I couldn't watch anymore shite. Got home and caught the last few mins of Exeter v Bath on Sky. Now that we a proper game of Premier rugby with Bath 4 points down at the 80mins and they pushed the Chiefs back on got over in the corner after several collapsed scrums. I should have stayed home and watched that..... Bristol had no idea and the guys around me were going nuts at the performance.
CityCiderEd
Went down today with my freebie ticket.I will never moan about a boring football match again as it was bloody shocking. The standard of rugby from Bristol was really poor and the atmosphere was crap as well. The only plus was that I could take my pint to my seat and drink it with no problems. All I can say to Steve Lansdown is save your money because in the championship next year the crowds will be cut by half.
MichaelRobartes
Diabolical. No control from the half backs, shite kicking from hand, knocked on almost every time they got into the Sale 22. Last time I moan about Munster playing badly. MyBrotherErnie
Took up the same deal, very similar feelings after the game. Players and the crowd showed no passion, the game was slow and far too stop-start. Safe to say I won't be switching to a dual season ticket next year.
CotswoldRed
They'd better start preparing for the Championship. They are SO far away from being competitive. It needs a player and management overhaul to stand a chance.
HomerRed
I went along too. Can't disagree with any of that. Thought Bristol might have had a sniff of a chance to at least look as if they could attack before Gavin Henson went off injured. They look doomed.
