Boro did defend them well tbf but were content pumping it up to Assombolonga. Speaking of Assombolonga, is he more of a target man after his injuries? Swear I remember him being a quicker on the shoulder type who could mix in some physicality. Or is it just Pulis making him look like a lump? He is 21 soon. This lad is the real deal. He has pretty much won everything at youth level with england. Including the World Cup ect. Absolutely no goalmouth action, loads of free kicks, corners and throws launches into the box with loads of tussling and the ref having to separate players on about 6 occasions. Very poor game. They tend to want an open cheque book and sod the consequences. If I was Gibson I'd tell him to shut up and get on with the job.
