Whoever is head coach is going to have to accept that his role is to develop players so as to generate big profits while keeping the club around the middle of the Championship. Just hope big hitters like Brighton and Fulham can afford him. Kelly , amazingly cool and consistent. Hard to believe how young he is . Make the most of him whilst we can because I'm sure he'll be in the Prem before City . That's out of anyone's control apart from the players. We have decent squad, but that's all it is, nothing special. We have a very talented young man on our hands We looked the better team before the they scored so no real need for a change before they've scored, was he supposed to make a change instantly going 1 down? Even if he started thinking about the changes when we went 1 down we probably wouldn't have got the player coming on ready before they scored their second. We passed it around in the second third with no pace and no end product to actually scare Wednesday. Their manager blatently put that into them at half time and they came out and got into us. We can have all the possession in the world but if you don’t hurt teams they will hurt you and that’s what happened. Re Kelly, he is yet another gem being nurtured by Lj and the coaching team. He will be good but is still very inexperienced as shown by the gaps he left at West Brom, Wigan, Rotherham and again today.
