foghornred Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 As a lot of posts on here are complaints I would just like to praise the Bristol city ticket office, I have a friend visiting for Christmas and thought that I would get her a ticket for the Boxing day game at home to Brentford which I did online. When I got the conformation e-mail it was for the Norwich game on the 15th, I quickly rang the ticket office and explained what had happened and the bloke that answered quickly cancelled the wrong ticket and forwarded on the correct one that I wanted. Meh Posted October 30, 2018 Report Share Posted October 30, 2018 I have phoned them loads for different reasons including free rugby tickets, moving S/T seat etc and always found them highly efficient and helpful.
