Wot are they actually bring to our table as a sponsor and will they actually invest anything into the team?? I'm sure this was the whole point in getting the deal done or was it all for the MA profile??

Do you understand how sponsors work? They don't own the club or invest in the team. They simply pay an undisclosed fee to put their name on the shirt/ad board for a season. I'm not sure what else you were expecting them to do?

A few of my American friends have told me that calling someone a 'Dunder' or 'Dunderhead' stateside is quite a funny insult, and they're baffled why anyone would want it on their shirts, let alone name a company that name.

Just checked the statement release on the 4th of June and it clearly states Dunder are the new shirt sponsor and will also be investing not only in the team but the community.....

Where to?? Cannot see where it says they will invest in the team.....

Launched in 2016 by two Swedish casino enthusiasts, Dunder has become known as one of the most innovative online casino companies, with a focus on simplicity, fairness and making gaming fun with its player-first approach.

“We are delighted to announce our partnership with Bristol City. Last year’s fantastic Carabao Cup run really captured both ours and the UK public’s imagination,” said Adam Webber, Dunder’s head of acquisition.

“After meeting the club and seeing first hand how the team played against Manchester United and Manchester City in the cup, it felt a great fit to our company ethos in doing things the right way. This along with the strong sense of community involvement and passion, really stood out from the start.

“We at Dunder are very excited about what this venture will bring as we sincerely believe our investment will be able to make a significant contribution to the club achieving its long-term aspiration of playing in the Premier League. We want to invest not just in City but in the wider Bristol community as well.”

Bristol Sport’s group head of commercial, Caroline Herbert, said: “We are delighted that Dunder has joined our sporting group as City's principal partner. Our thanks to Lancer Scott, who agreed to step down and allow us to take this opportunity of attracting an international company’s investment, which we hope will help City continue to grow and build on the successes of last season.

"Our shared values alongside Dunder’s commitment to promoting responsible gambling and investing in the community will ensure that this partnership is a huge positive for City. We are very much looking forward to what the 2018/19 campaign will bring."

It was there statement not mine so just intrested if they will invest for January not blaming anyone Distortia and it's obviously hilarious because you like many thought it was just a shirt sponsor.

Where does it say in their statement they will invest in the team? I have put the statement up and there is no mention of it whatsoever.

WTAF are you on about? They are sponsors who pay to have their name plastered  everywhere. Some of that money may go into a big BS/bcfc pot that may go towards player purchases but that is down to the beancounters and decision makers. They may also co tribute/get involved with community projects.

or did you think they were going to buy messi for us?

They’ve given us something to watch at halftime! Anyone had a go? COYR

Even the guy who was taken the shots yesterday could not have been termed as having "had a go" it was like he had never kicked a football before in his life.

Clear states City and the community so i wud take city as a whole including investment for future signings otherwise why not just promote them as a shirt sponsor and be done. Let's not forget Lancer Scott had signed a new deal before being terminated soon after.

Where? From what I read it said we shared the same values as investing in the community and promoting responsible gambling!

They’re just a sponsor they’ve not bought into City!

Not totally sure but not sure a online casino would pass the f.a responsible owners test they do!
