Not happy with Kelly in there at all...a liability & accident waiting to happen..

Maguire will tear him a new one.

Is that your overall opinion of his ability, or a revised opinion based on a couple of games recently?

Maguire isn’t a right winger, so won’t be up against Kelly generally, although does make good rubs down the side of the CBs in behind the full-backs.

I know I am not alone in being sick to the back teeth of seeing us play shit and / or losing to Preston.

Great rapport with most of their fans I know, but time to put this poor run against them to an end.

A good performance please lads, with at least a point being brought back to Bristol.

Is rubbing up behind a full back considered ungentlemanly conduct?

Preston play a physical game and Dasilva has looked a little lightweight in recent games, so guess that's why Kelly has been preferred. Kelly's lapses have tended to come when we have not had too much defensively to do, doubt that will be the case today!

Maybe. We’ve played 4-1-4-1 recently but Pearson is as good as two as the sole holding player, Ledson not at that level yet. Seems AN believes Pearson’s absence requires 2 midfielders into the team to replace him.

A massively important game for Fam today, could really be isolated in the middle of their 2CBs and 2DMs, if he stays central, like he did v Brum.  Needs to drag them into the channels, down the sides of the 18 yard box, to allow Brownhill and Pato to drive into the box.  Not a game to try to chip balls into Fam...1v4!!!

LJ out coaching pre match, unusual. Did see one of the coaches/physios got off the team coach wirh his arm in a sling so maybe we are just short staffed

Yes, Rhys usually does quite a bit of the warm-up drills, especially the short, sharp stuff.

Been chatting to some blackpool fans in the old duke, they want us to smash Preston as much as we want them to smash the gas. Good set of fans, had alot crap last few years with Oyston or whatever his name is.

This must be fake news. 80% of fans prefer the Sags over us.

Reading the Gregor Mac just then I’m sure that’s what we will do ! (last sentence of his report) very pessimistic about today but who knows perhaps super lee has another away master plan up his sleeve.

head says 2.0 preston

heart says 1-0 city

Last week was not too bothered about losing but with Leeds next week we need to get a positive result.

Lets hope so coyr ctid and ftdgc
