Bottom line..

We are throwing it away currently and it’s very frustrating to watch. It’s getting to the stage where apathy sets in when we continue to do this.

But for now there’s still plenty of football to play and many points to pick up. We have to play a lot of rivals so if we beat them etc it helps our cause.

If?? With our current performances we've no chance of beating anyone.

Yeah agreed play like that and like the last few games we are f***** and we will do exactly as we did last year and finish 12th or something... Maybe even worse and 14th.

Pick the performances back up again like Swansea game etc and no reason we can’t be in the mix.

Wether you blame LJ or SL for ******* up January AGAIN! 2 years running we should of AT LEAST got 6th place and we’ve ****** it up both times!!! We should be sat 6th now 4-7 points clear with a game in hand! But once again we’ve bottled it!!!

You’ll be in for some pelters tonight mate for pointing that out...

We are in 6th you know. Clown

We may be 6th but let's be honest, how many people are confident we'll be there come the end of the season?

The team doesn't look capable of winning right now, even more so gaming drawn at home to a team who have been awful this season. Realistically we'll need to have an amazing game to get any points against Sheffield United and our record against the top teams is awful.

I cannot see how anyone would be confident at this point and I certainly don't get how people are not getting some serious deja vu after last season.

Most people were happy with mid table apparently and now we are booing a team in sixth. Incredible really

Its not just the last two years. We made the exactly the same mistake when Johnson snr was here. We fail to learn and repeat the same mistakes over and over and over

Got to be SL he choose the manager and will choose the next one so.......the die is cast and things will not change for a long while yet.

No! Just annoyed that once again we got in a decent position and failed to strengthen in January

Hate this argument.

Who knows if the club wanted to strengthen and weren't able to, due to finances and other clubs getting ahead of us.

It's way to easy to claim we didn't want to strengthen...

People are booing because expectations have been raised.

This team has shown it can compete and now when it matters more than ever its not competing. Just because people set low expectations it doesn't mean that they need to remain low.

To put it another way, this club has found itself in a position where it has a huge opportunity, not for the first time either, and it's falling short. What do you expect from the fans, to give a team who are fighting for promotion to the Premier League to clap a 1-1 draw with bottom of the league? West Brom sacked their manager for exactly that.

I do want to make it clear that WBA's reaction was ridiculous and we should not even be considering doing the same but we certainly need to address why for the second season in a row we've thrown away an amazing opportunity.

All down to ambtion. From SL not investing when needed in both windows and LJ not technically good enough hence the safe option of packing the midfield and playing a bang average striker on his jack week in week out who can't trap a bag of sand. Tonight was truly abysmal.

That’s my season over with!! Son asked if we can go to some away games with the rugby instead of watching “they’re not very good or even trying” words from my 6 year old lad!! Can’t diaagree with him really. Both freezing, crap football, flat as a pancake atmosphere from the KO. Players and now the fans are realising the team is very much mid of the table fodder. Club has no ambition where at least I can say that the rugby has its sights set on winning the champions cup in years to come.
