In fairness the majority of comments on that thread seem quite sensible. One or two even hitting the nail on the head...

Then you get this crayon chewing roaster talking about us being ‘petrified’ of them ‘catching us’.

Hahahaha !

P.O.H., the man who can make a totally inoffensive word like "crayon" sound like the most abusive word in the English language !

Crayon Chewing Roaster, indeed !

That made them look good

Its been 44 seasons in a row under 10k

It was way back in 1976 when they last got over 10k  (10,022)

That wasnt a bad year for us if i remember correct

And they only averaged 10,000 that year because we had about 12,000 there for the 0-0 draw

Rovers on the brink of smashing their transfer record

In fairness, that could almost be achieved just by ordering in a Domino's in for the staff who have been working overtime on transfer deadline day dealings.

But to "smash it"... Maybe they are getting Chicken dippers and Ben & Jerry's aswell..!

I haven’t looked at the bottom of L1 too closely. Could they be in the bottom four by 10pm?

If Northampton get something, Swindon or Wigan take 3 points from their fixture and Rovers lose, yes.

Happy to leave that until last game of the season though.

The problem is Swindon, Northampton and Wigan are all terrible as well.  They are defo in trouble though Rovers, and always were after losing JCH and not replacing him adequately.  I don’t know if those other teams around them have strengthened or not but will go to the wire I think.  It doesn’t matter who the manager is if the players are not good enough
