Unbelievable how anyone born on the day the G*s were last above us can now legally drive.

Mind the Gap Please

It will come in handy though. They could go for a nice weekend away with their wife for their wedding anniversary..!

Today on gaschat the penny is finally dropping; http://gaschat.co.uk/thread/10941/another-sign-family-out  page 1:-

Why are we still looking to employ people if we have no money ?

Won't that come out of the 10 million pound loan secured again the Mem being charged interest on?
What happens when that runs out and we have no more assets?

We are spending way beyond our means and losing more money every year with no sign of any new ground or creating extra revenue.

Then on page 8:- Thing is, City are spending money now. As soon as their Long Ashton plans fell through, Lansdown decided to revamp what was already a pretty decent stadium.  They are on a good run at the moment and have now drawn Man Utd at home, which will be a sell out and they will get lots of youngsters in who may go on to be regulars. Signing Sercombe and Nicholls, is all very well if you want to stay in League 1, but we need to catch up fast! It's going to mean being bolder and more ambitious than we are at the moment. Can we be another Yeovil or Burton, maybe....but probably not.

I thought that their greatest ambition was to be above City.

Turns out that all they really want is to be like Yeovil or Burton. :rofl2br:

Happy birthday GAP. Can't believe what a Tinpot Ragass Laughing Stock you have grown up to be? Who would have thought all those years ago  when you turned a rugby ground into a gypo site that you would have provided so many memories? Steve Phillips practically confirming your relegation to the basement for the first time in your history, and then when it was actually confirmed on what was your favourite day 2nd May it made it even more enjoyable.

A succession of awful managers, the failure of Holloway, becoming the first league club ever to fail to qualify for the League Cup 1st round, a string of losses against non-league garbage, relegation to the Conference, horse punching, racist abuse, banning orders galore, a take over that made you the most richest club never to spend a penny, an open top bus tour for finishing 2nd in the non-league.

You were coming for City temporarily, and recently it has been confirmed that there is no new ground at UWE, you have a fraudulent set of owners who are probably just using the club to launder money / fiddle taxes whilst waiting to sell the land on for profit, and now there are calls for the messiah's head due to your delusional fan base believing that you are a massively huge club with a top 6 budget.

Thanks for years and years of joy. Hope you continue to enjoy as many more years in the shadows as the philae landing probe.

If one was to suppose that the largest stadium likely to be built will be 20,000 at the Mem site. The owners (whoever they were) would always be on the lookout for available land for a new stadium. However unlikely it seems today there must always be the forward thinking that BRFC could be a premiership club some time in the future. Where a stadium able to be expanded to 45,000 + even if not initially constructed that size would be a desire ,should the club wish to be successful at that level.

The delusion continues...

Radio Briz Ed Hadwin's interview skills leave a lot to be desired especially with his questions but either Darrell thought he should emulate SO'D or he had more important things on his mind. He was more dour than usual and less helpful to the interviewer when asked several yes/no (closed) questions. It made me think that the way he responded was if he'd been sacked or was leaving but couldn't share because it was embargoed.
