You can't attempt to 'pass off' or 'interfere' with a registered entity but once struck off they cease to exist hence the title once again becomes available. Last summer, Rovers signed the Coventry head of recruitment Tommy Widdrington. In that summer they also brought in his son Theo Widdrington after he was released by Portsmouth. On deadline day in January, Rovers signed two Coventry cast-offs. One that was not wanted anymore in Jonson Clarke-Harris and the other who had been released by Coventry, Abu Ogogo. Although to be fair to them they seem to have been decent signings, Clarke-Harris especially. They're now linked to two Coventry centre-backs, and apparently want both. Both not wanted at Coventry anymore; Jack Grimmer and Tom Davies. Considering Coventry are a team that Rovers didn't even lose to this season, it seems hilarious they're signing their cast-offs. And so many of them! Don’t go there when we constantly try to rape Barnsley! You could register Bristol Rovers FC as a ( Fetish Club) as this is clearly not a football enterprise, though I'd argue is essentially the same as that on offer in Horfield. Alternatively, you could register the football club title for the operation of your new Sunday football XI, and provided you didn't attempt to pass yourself off as the previous enterprise you might be ok. If successful you could object should The Gas attempt to re-register under a similar name.

Eddie Hitler
Notices for compulsory strike off now filed for all six companies. Oops. 04 Jun 2019 First Gazette notice for compulsory strike-off This document is being processed and will be available in 5 days. https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/company/04501223/filing-history https://beta.companieshouse.gov.uk/officers/0LDRyv0FHc5F1nh-l2JZbHm77O8/appointments Whilst the active companies aren't going to be struck off, though they may let the dormant ones with no assets go, this will be absolutely hammering their credit rating. Accounts not filed, active proposal to strike off. This is flashing big red danger signs to any suppliers which is going to mean cash up front for services and so more loan drawdowns. This is really no way to run a football club.
