Major Isewater
I have a Gashead friend and his reason for going to watch the Gas is he likes ‘ standing ‘ . I suggested that he could stand elsewhere without having to endure what passes for football at the Mem but he just didn’t get it . 1

Maybe, we know he's Renown* as a bit of a Stag with the ladies, but will get the same Acclaim with his puns * lovely classic

Yes I believe he acquired it when he went to Toledo on a Stag weekend. If he had gone to the Dolomite's he might have gone down a totally different Road(ster) and not received the same Acclaim. **Sorry @CodeRed I missed your post. Fordy62
Fact: Right back Bradley Orr was considerably more prolific for us 229(12), than striker Tom Nichols is for the fewers 96(4).

The directors loaned the club £250,000 for the purchase. They had a sell on clause of 50%. So, when he was sold, the club got £1m and the directors got £1.25m inc their original investment back. Vincent Vega
On the day Jon Lansdown breaks earth on our new training ground at Failand it can't be long until Wally does the same at St Phillips.......eh Saggys.

What they all fail to understand about the fruit market site is it’s a real business and if they sell up to the Fewers they’ll need a new site - ready to move into on day one, from when they move out of St Phillips. So before they even agree to move they’ve got to find a site themselves, design it, get planning permission and then build it - and only then can the Fewers start to even think about cutting turf for a new home. Timescale - about 5 years end to end?
