robintherobin
So I see that Keane Lewis-Potter scored the first goal for Hull today. Perhaps he should sing this song for the blue few with his namesake band? (If you don't know the original Keane song, there's a link here): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CXH5yL8bDbU I dreamed I was drowning In the river Frome I dreamed I had nothing at all Nothing like a home win I dreamed I was drifting Towards bottom four I dreamed I had nothing at all You could hear a dropped pin Slipped away from your open hands Into the goal The only thing I could think of Was the vain hope, of a foul on the keeper You take the pieces of the draw that you crave Cause you don't like the way games seem to be going You cut them up and spread them out in your head You're full of hope as you begin rearranging Put it all back together But any way you look at things Looks like The Rovers are losing I dreamed I was watching A much better team Considered leaving when they scored their third No quality in the final turd We cling to hope of levelling, by Winning a corner I try to hold onto what we are But the shot just goes over the bar You take the pieces of the dreams that you have Cause you don't like the way games seem to be going You cut them up and spread them out in your head You're full of hope as you begin rearranging Put it all back together But any way you look at things Looks like The Rovers are losing I dreamed I had nothing at all Nothing like a home win I dreamed I had nothing at all Not even a nil-nil You take the pieces of the draw that you crave Cause you don't like the way games seem to be going You cut them up and spread them out in your head You're full of hope as you begin rearranging Put it all back together But in the final reckoning Looks like The Rovers are losing

BS2 Red
A lot of people think things have gotten worse since the end of the 20th century. But the Gap is always there to prove the 21st century has its upsides.

GrahamC
Garner has blamed the ref again, no penalty & the opposition keeping 11 on the pitch usually equals a defeat, so he looks for excuses. What a tosser he is.

Every time they play a DECENT side who avoid either of those they don’t just get beat, they get beat comfortably and then Garner comes out and blames the ref. It’s all a bit repetitive over there......

Prior to any appointment they ask the following questions: Can you teach our players that can't cheat, to cheat. Can you encourage the players, staff and supporters to all pressurise the referee at the same time into giving decisions our way. If things don't work out with those tactics, we'll allow you to blame the officials, so that the next appointed officials know we've been hard done by and will cut us some slack. Then as a club we can say what lovely people we are, call ourselves a family club, state what a great atmosphere we create, overstate our attendances and generally lie through our teeth about everything to do with BRFC.

Not just the defending but also the missed chances. You would expect most of those to be put away in the Championship. I know every side makes the odd howler now any again, but that looked pretty bad.

The worst one for me was not the Comedy Club mistakes that anyone can make but the "effort" if you can call it that by their LB/LWB to get across and cut out the cross on the first goal. Looked like he was running with a Volkswagen Beetle on his back. If that was O'Dowda he would be in front of a firing squad by now. That's not a mistake - just complete lack of desire.......something I didn't think applied to the Faithful and True? How that is the fault of the Ref is something that only Ben Garner can answer using #Gaslogic (apologies if I missed the ref two footing the guy out of clip just beforehand). They are really upset about it, bless them. Mansion Bet place posters and done a mail drop, but for reasons unknown, this is a reflection on just how lacking in class City are. See, I quite admire the Few who go and support their side, but they have made so many mistakes over the years, not being united in their approach to a supporter shame scheme and getting the worse deal in history, trying to get rid of Higgs by having one supporter in a black arabs scarf on the telly, a supporters club who nomination to a boardroom position who neither communicates with the fans or is welcome in the boardroom... The gift-list is endless. But their lack of organisation, direction and failure to hold people accountable has seen them go backwards. They can't have any idea where their next generation of support is going to come from, which must be worrying for them.
