Working out that a drop from around 6k to around 4k is a 30% loss, doesn’t really make him “In The Know” it just means he’s not a complete moron..!

Well not quite when you factor in the math, the loss is 33.3.%

Wonder what the split is between kids who have reached a point where they would have to pay for an adult ticket and can't afford it, elderly who are either too unwell or too dead to go, and adults who commit the biggest spend.

Without knowing the precise figures, I think it’s fair to give him some leeway.

I’m impressed that he’s not worked it out as double the actual number..!

There is only one word, deluded.

The trouble is that all of his acne faced morons in their "Windyass 9" jester's top lap it up every time so much so that if you say it enough times then it must be true.

(Sag) 40,000 fans (reality) 4,000 season tickets

(Sag) if we had a 25k stadium we'd fill it (reality) they can't manage five figures (that's figures not fingers although they'd struggle with even that) at their dump.

(Sag) "family club, every one likes us" (reality) they've had more incidents of racist abuse, equine boxing & theft. Everyone thinks they're a laughing stock as one away fan put it "there's a tent, a cricket pavilion and a hut and that's just on one side of the ground.

(Sag) Our away support is massive like it's an extension of their manhood (reality) its just bang average at best. The most prominent part of their manhood sticks out of their foreheads.

(Sag) we have our own identity with our kit and song ( reality) Other clubs early in the last century wore that out dated design before they did. The dirge is an old Plymouth Argyle song reminiscing  about a prostitute, hardly original & hardly family club material.

(Sag) We should be pushing top half championship (reality) until they accept that they have to learn to compete with the likes of Shrewsbury, Fleetwood and Accrington both on and off the field and show them the same level of respect, they won't be going anywhere.

As I said, deluded.

It would be nice if a clever person posted the them and us pictures from Wembley on their forum ,along with their avererage home attendance for the the last forty years.

A gas fan I know bumped into Albert Adomah in Bournmouth last week, she jokingly said you should sign for us, his reply was " I'm far too good for you lot"

I’m sure I read that it was closer to 5k.

Strangely for a club who constantly go on about how amazing and loyal their support is home and away they’re often reluctant to put actual figures out there.

Almost as if they know that the truth would make their claims look slightly foolish.

They seem pleased with their efforts though........

4,000 sold. wonder how that equates to last season.

would say 50% of your avergae crowd as ST holders is pretty good

😂😂

The problem is that the 4,000 that have bought them pass them back through the fence for the other 4,000 to get in for free.

Unfortunately clever people get shouted down as a "gert ted" or banned on slag chat unless you're in the inner sanctum of hand shandy back slapping  merchants with stupid names all ending in "gas" like "windy gas" I'm surprised some idiot hasn't called himself "belsen gas" such as all of the lemmings on there. Otherwise they would've seen through that charlatan owner a long time ago.

Oh well, never mind.

Barely even 30k there but still a decent turnout for conference final.

They sold 26000. This has somehow been inflated to anywhere from 30-40,000 depending who you speak to. They are habitual liars.

Of course it's worth pointing out that they only drone out the 2nd, 3rd and 4th line of the first verse of the song, written by alcoholic double murderer Leadbelly.

The second verse, which is much more appropriate for a Gashead goes:

Sometimes I live in the country
Sometimes I live in town
Sometimes I haves a great notion
Jumping in to the river and drown

So, the last set of accounts showed the Fewers down about 500k in football receipts.

Last year, they had a poor season so they are likely to be even worse in the next set of accounts.

And going in to this season, season ticket sale are down further.

Wally is doing a cracking job.

Lovely man though.

No doubt his big brother Hani has told him that this loss is coming out of Wael’s allowance. He’s been a naughty boy.

From a City fans point of view, these things take too much time though. Hurry up and bankrupt the club!

Quite clearly they can't afford to get promoted.

What would they have? 4 years to make the Mem all seater as well as Championship wages...

They should be delighted Wally is content with failing in the lower leagues.

Isn’t it x number of years to comply with all seater unless you can prove you are relocating (and perhaps redeveloping), that’s how Brentford has maintained terracing for years I think. So every season we would see Wally submit a pie in the sky pie dream hoping ( knowing) it will get rejected.

But yes, good point there is no incentive to get promoted as they couldn’t sustain themselves, barely can now.
