No, read it.

I find it weird (and funny) that something so trivial has clearly upset you. 😂😂😘

If you genuinely think anyone here is upset then your level of self awareness is worse than expected

Well yeah, this is it, nothing to comeback with.

They really are out of tools- except for posters such as GGMi who is in fact a tool.

No, he is saying that they each told him, presumably amicably, that he was getting some stick but that he hadn't heard it himself when playing.

Quote

Adam Webster says he was unaware of any abuse given to him by Bristol Rovers fans in their EFL Cup defeat to Brighton & Hove Albion.

The centre-back made his Seagulls debut in the game after moving from Bristol City earlier this month.

With his first game coming against the Robins' fierce rivals, Webster was anticipating a hostile atmosphere, and there were some jeers whenever he got close to the ball.

Yet the 24-year-old said he did not hear anything from Rovers fans, even after a conversation with Gas assistant Joe Dunne.

He told BBC Sussex: "I didn't actually hear it.

"Their assistant manager said something to me at half-time and their kit man said something to me after the game, but I didn't hear any of it."

Webster probably isn't fluent in North Bristol dribble, so didn't understand that "Sheeeeeeeeheaaaaaaddddddddd" was aimed at him.

Keep the photos coming!

Imagine being caught in one of those images and the general public seeing it. The shame of it.

They weren't sheltering from the rain. They were incognito - worried someone would find out they'd been to the Mem.

Creaming themselves cos an ex player of ours(who hasn't played since July) made a mistake. Truly a very disturbed fan base

We are truly gutted that a player we would all probably like to be successful in the future, has made a mistake for another team. He didn't seem to do that for us though, as we sold him for £22 MILLION (about the same as the poor saggies debt)!!

WTF. Seriously WTF

I can see why they come on here and try and take the pee. They would be better off not showing up at all after some of these photos.

I thought that was a picture of Mick McCarthy for a minute. Maybe turning up there once in a while to remind himself why he is better off in semi retirement.

What is that?

It looks like a queue for a Russian supermarket to gaze at the loaf of bread before perestroika.

Very funny picture but seriously where are they standing?

It's a slightly sloping area of tarmac with a clear way marking running through it.  Is that what passes for terracing at their stadium?  It looks like a car park rather than a stand.

Maybe it is a car park.

What is  the yellow paint on the ground for , is it the same as on the road you are not allowed to enter the yellow box unless the road is in front of it is clear otherwise you will get a fixed penalty , which is for them to stand there for the rest of the season.

Why the **** do so many of them hang around outside the ground?

What on Earth is wrong with their ‘fanbase’?

No wonder their attendances are so shit.

More importantly, why are they allowed to watch for free?

They shouldn't even be on the land if not attending the game.

Hate to quote my own comment but...

You've had ample time for a 'perestroika/pair-a-strikers' pun now, and you havent taken it.

Please try harder next time.

I have been having a look at the bet365 stadium on https://www.footballgroundguide.com. whilst there thought I would see what it had to say about Horfield. I have pasted a couple of quotes below. If you have a spare few minutes it really will give you a laugh.

What you thought on seeing the ground, first impressions of away end then other sides of the Memorial Stadium?

I have to be honest and say the ground is barely Football League standard and light years away from Ashton Gate. The away facilities are terrible. What's with all the tents?

Summary of overall thoughts of the day out:

Bristol is a great city especially around the centre and we wish we could have stayed the weekend as we have done before. But the Rovers ground is abysmal and the area around it doesn't have too much to offer. Luckily we won't be back next season (or any time soon hopefully).

These pictures, my God...

These are pre-war match day facilities... Is this the true cause of Gas derangement syndrome? I mean, years and years of this has got to do a number on you.
