Carey 6
Save at Rochdale away was pretty special. Beat off the challenge from 5 or 6 keepers for his place as well. Underrated by many.

Robin1988
Remember the calamity keeper who ran out of his box and gave away a sitter against Bradford on his debut? A lot changes in six years. Thanks for the memories Frankie, you’ve been a credit to BCFC on and off the pitch.
BUTOR
Crazy to think his first performance for us was that 2-2 with Bradford at home in League one, before AG had even begun its re-development, only Marlon left from that era now and I have my suspicions he’ll be off too. At the end of the day, they were the playing staff that helped re-build our club and deserve credit. Who could have imagined the position we are in now when Frankie first joined us? Puts things massively into perspective and shows how well we’ve done in the last 5 years in my opinion
petehinton
surely has to go down as one of the best value signings ever? £100k, basically number one for six years, loved by fans, players and the community. no doubt he will be heading back north, deserves nothing but the best. Red7
All the best to Frankie. Hope he finds a club soon. Should get a warm welcome should he ever return to the Gate.
RedM
I think for a couple of years we’ve been expecting this but he has stayed and even fought off other keepers. Horrible season for him this time through injury, illness then injury again. Maybe a move back up north and something less stressful than the Championship? Best of luck Frankie, a very popular member of the squad and a genuinely good guy. Some club will be very lucky to have you. Thanks for the memories. Mr Popodopolous
Best of luck to him. Started at the start of our rebuilding phase, saw off many challengers and did us proud on and off the pitch. Formed part of a top chant too!

Red-Robbo
He'll get a great welcome whenever he returns here. Decent keeper and from what i gather something of a good vibes merchant for the squad.

Pezo
All the best to him, bit of a sick note towards the end but all justifiable and undeserved. Quality keeper for league 1 and easily good enough for a lower championship team.
KingLear
Remember at Chesterfield away promotion party when 'Frankie Fielding's in the Building' chant went on for a good half hour! glen humphries
Genuinely gutted but it’s the right decision, had a chat with frank a couple of times when I’ve seen him out in town , a proper nice bloke.
Carey 6
Are Rovers a possible destination for him? Especially if he's happy in the area. They've had loanee keepers for the past 2 seasons haven't they? He'd be an ideal Number 1 for them.
Coppello
Saddened by this but it makes complete sense from a footballing perspective. I wonder who else will be out the door? Edit - just seen the rest of the news
