I was walking down coronation road years ago enjoying a joint before going on my daily shoplifting spree. Things took a unexpected turn outside mad harrys. Two offical looking guys in suits made a beeline for me, i sensed this wasnt the gis a fag brigade who i tend to attract. I started fiddling in my pocket to chuck the weed. Its ok mate, the first one said pulling out a card, do you want to earn some money for a hours work? The 2nd 1 was sniffing indicating he smelt something on me. Cut a long story short id been court marshalled into taking part in a id parade. My new friends led me into a building over the road, where some other gentlemen were hanging around.This was the 1st convo i heard. For the 3rd time he didnt have a beard you cant take part. Im just guessing here julie but i think some of these guys may have taken part in parades everyday? Beardy had raised 30 pence and had had a dry shave in the street.We were good to go.
