Think it's a great deal in that case. I think KP can and will improve a lot over the next two or three seasons.

Agreed. It’ll be interesting to see how him and Szmodics can be fit into the same team as I can’t see Palmer coming here to be a bit part player.

I will be chuffed to bits if we get him in .

He is a  hugely talented young player and has an unbelievable  potential. ( not a wife reference either ) .

He has , be interesting to see how we line up Sunday !

Well if we announce KP and Eddie N from Arsenal then the place could go into meltdown

Need a classy replacement for Webster in my view. Don’t have confidence in Baker or Wright.

If we get that classy replacement CB, Palmer and a ‘proven 9’ then I might be optimistic for the season.

Still would like another midfielder though in the defensive role.

They’re not I don’t think, they’re saying it was after a loan

Saying loan but everything else in the past weeks saying permanent

PALMER IN MEDICAL

We understand Kasey Palmer is undergoing a medical at Bristol City today ahead of a loan from Chelsea.

Cheers

It can be read both ways I guess, as he was on loan previously so it was ahead also ?‍♂️

I wish my wife looked like that! I suppose she did at some time pre kids but certainly doesn't anymore. :(

If asked would she say that you looked better pre kids too?

Have a feeling that getting Palmer in permanently will make a bigger positive difference to the team in the long term, than the negative impact losing Webster will.
